Packing List is an offline Android app by MHB Global AB, Sweden.

On your device

Lists, templates and settings are stored in the app’s private storage on your device. The app does not automatically upload your content to us. It has no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking.

Files and sharing

Import reads a file you select. Export and Share send a copy to the location or app you choose. That service handles its copy under its own policy and may use the internet. CSV files are readable and are not encrypted by Packing List.

CSV backups contain lists and templates, including packed states. They do not contain app settings or an exact copy of the app’s internal state. Imports add independent copies.

Keeping and deleting data

You can delete saved content in the app, clear local data or uninstall the app. Exported and shared copies remain outside the app; delete them separately. Temporary sharing files are cleaned during later app use. There is no automatic cloud sync or recovery service.

Website

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Hosting and security processing can include your IP address, requested page, time and browser information to deliver and protect the site. We use no advertising or analytics scripts, embedded content or tracking cookies on these pages. Connection information is processed for our legitimate interest in providing a reliable, secure site. We do not keep a separate visitor-log archive; provider security records follow their own retention rules.

Support email

If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you send. Formspree delivers form submissions and provides spam filtering, including a Google reCAPTCHA check on its service. Microsoft Exchange Online provides our business email service. We use enquiries to respond and resolve problems, based on our legitimate interest in providing support. Please do not send private list contents or sensitive information.

We delete resolved support enquiries from our mailbox within 12 months, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. Provider recovery copies follow their own retention schedules.

Formspree submission archiving is disabled for this form. Operational delivery, security and recovery records may remain under provider policies. Formspree processes data in the United States; Cloudflare and Microsoft may also process data outside the EEA. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and restriction of processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests; portability applies where legally available. Contact us through the support form or postal address above. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). We cannot access lists stored only on your device.
